This video was inspired by WikiHow.com where you can find tutorials on how to be like beyonce, kim kardashian or how to make yourself look like a celebrity. The title „Mimicry: otherwise known as imitation. Subordination to social values and norms.”
The video is my commentary on the current situation where we are urged to resemble celebrities through a healthy diet. There is nothing wrong with imitating people like Beyonce who have achieved great success through their passion and hard work. However, let’s remember about the limits of our own personality, and not the imposed requirements of appearance or behavior by society and pop culture.
